Event Description
A private view of the tapestries completed in 2021 for the 950th anniversary of the Battle of Stamford Bridge in Sept 1066. We will be given an introduction to the history of the tapestries and how they were created, after which we can examine the embroidered panels. Refreshments follow this opportunity to see one of the hidden gems of East Yorkshire.
